For orders under $60 we have a flat rate of $7.90.
For orders over $60 we offer free shipping.

We currently only ship within Australia.

If you order on a weekday before 12pm your order will be despatch the same day. For orders on the weekend or after 12pm weekdays your order will be sent the next business day.

We use both the Australia Post & Aramex network to ship orders. The network we use depends on your location.

Australia Post are still experiencing delays due to covid.
For NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA they expect parcel to arrive from 2-6 business days.
For TAS, WA, NT they expect parcel to arrive from 6-14 business days.

Yes we do offer coffee subscriptions. You can choose your coffee to be sent automatically every 1 to 4 weeks.

Yes, all you have to do is go back to the product listing and add another subscription, then checkout all at once. 

Our regular shipping rates apply to all subscriptions. Flat rate shipping $7.90 for orders under $60 & free shipping on all orders over $60.

Yes, go to the subscriptions area in your account and click view next to your subscription. Here you’ll have the option to renew early.

At any time you cancel your subscription, simply go to the subscriptions area in your account and click view next to your subscription.

Once you have cancelled your subscription in your my account you’ll be given the option to reactivate at any time.

Yes, you can. Simply go to the subscription area of your my account and click on view, here you’ll see an option to renew now.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

– Returns are only accepted 15 days from delivery.
– Conditions of the product must be unopened and packaging in new condition.
– We offer either a store credit or refund of payment depending on the circumstances of return.
– Each return is individually assessed by Botero Coffee
