Yes, you’ll need an online account on botero.com.au to sign up for a subscription. If you don’t have an account with us then you can create an account on checkout. There will be a field where you’ll be asked for a username & password.
Can I order different blends in my subscription?
Yes, all you have to do is go back to the product listing and add another subscription, then checkout all at once.
How much do I get charged for shipping on subscriptions?
Our regular shipping rates apply to all subscriptions. Flat rate shipping $7.50 for orders under $60 & free shipping on all orders over $60.
What are the options for payment of my subscription?
You can pay securely with credit card through Stripe or PayPal.
I need my coffee earlier can I renew my subscription early?
Yes, go to the subscriptions area in your account and click view next to your subscription. Here you’ll have the option to renew early.
