– Returns are only accepted 15 days from delivery.
– Conditions of the product must be unopened and packaging in new condition.
– We offer either a store credit or refund of payment depending on the circumstances of return.
– Each return is individually assessed by Botero Coffee
– Return shipping to be paid by customers.
